How do I go about purchasing a product?
Dealers and Installers can call Call one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives at 1 (800) 632-3290 or email customerservice@horizonglobal.com. All others It will be necessary to contact one of our dealers to purchase products. You can find a dealer by using our Dealer Locator on our website or contact our Customer Support group at (800) 632-3290 for assistance locating a dealer.
How can I obtain an account?
Contact our customer service department at (800) 632-3290 and let them know the area you are in, and they will direct a sales manager to you.
How /where do I register my product?
Use the “Support” tab and the top of this page and click on Product Registration. Follow the steps to complete the registration
How does the warranty process work?
For a copy of the warranties click on the above Support tab and select Warranty Information for your product. If you don’t know the length of warranty use can use the warranty finder on the same page. If you would like to file a warranty claim please contact Customer Service at (800) 632-3290.

Chances are you are set up in our customer-exclusive system already! All you need to do is contact customer service and request your log-on information. Within 24 hours an automated email from www.towingproducts.net will be sent to you with your access information.

Where is corporate office located?
The headquarters in located at 3255 West Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. We also have several other locations for Engineering, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing Facilities.
What is the recommended operation time of the 500620 and 500621 electric winches
1 minute of operation should be followed by 14 minutes of cool down period, before next use.
